College Park Flip With Addition All Complete

Here is one of our latest Orlando Florida flips. This home is located in the college park area of Orlando. When we bought this home it was a 2 bedroom, one bath home that was only 900sqft. We built an addition on the back making a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath and increased the size to 1860sqft.

Below you can see we added a front porch and changed the elevation of the home. The garage has been converted back to its original use and we added a paver driveway.

The kitchen area has two different sized cabinets and pop outs. New exotic granite, Samsung appliances and hard wood floors.

We used recess lighting throughout the kitchen, brick travertine backsplash and brushed nickel hardware.

The new hardwood floors turned out perfect.

Here is a view at where the old home ended and new began. Right about where the sink is located is where the old kitchen exterior wall was located.

The master bath has a soaker tub, his and her vanitities, walk in shower and private toilet area.

We used travertine tile throught the whole house and an exotic travertine tile for showers.

Master bedroom included 2 huge walk in closets.

The half bath by the kitchen and family room.

This is the original living room and we refinished the original oak.

Here is the original bath that we expanded. We were able to install a nice 60″ vanity .

Original bedroom 2. We refinished all the original oak floors and they turned out very nice.

The back yard before was a disaster and now it has new grass, sprinkler system, new fence and paver patio.

We had no problems getting a full price offer on this home and it was only on the market for a couple of days.
