I completed the repairs on this bank owned foreclosure in less than 3 weeks. Homes in this east Orlando neighborhood are selling below $100,000, so I used economical materials in this flip. We used a basic shaker cabinet and prefab granite in kitchen along with lower end appliances. We used a closed out tile throughout the house including the shower. This home had a decent roof, A/C unit and newer windows when we purchased. This allowed us to keep the total remodel cost us just under $15,000.
