This is the cheapest block 3 bedroom property in the 32804 zip code by over $30,000. The property is in pretty good condition already. Basically, you will need cosmetic updates, such as kitchen and bath, plus paint and flooring. You will also need to do some landscaping, and the roof is 50/50. All told, you should be able to get out of this property for right around 30,000.As far as comparables go, it’s actually pretty difficult surprisingly.
