This house has a bit of a weird flow to it, and needs a complete update inside and out.Two issues that really stood out:
At the back of the house, a porch was converted to a “4th bedroom;” however, it isn’t finished and is small. You could either finish it or turn it back into a porch.
The master bedroom only has a half bath. They covered up the in-ground jacuzzi with plywood and extended the house over it, then made it a makeshift bathroom. It looks terrible, but there is enough space to build a proper bathroom if done correctly.
Comps are a bit tricky, but looks like houses that are much smaller are trying to push over the $300k price. Difficult to put an ARV on this one, but could possibly see $340k – $370k.
